BUILDINGS And REFORMS EL MONTA S.L. it is born in Álora ( Málaga )  in May of 2003, when his current administrator, after eleven years working in the sector by extraneous account, initiates his march and autonomous, realizing  the first works with so alone two employees, being executed with rigour and professional  , what caused in the demand of our services and the hires of more works, and, therefore, in the need to hire more employees.

In December of 2004 constituted us like society limited, devoting us to all the related with the sector: Constructuion, buildings, reforms, subcontracts, hovered and fencing, painting generally, etc.

However, at all of this would have been possible without  the professional and efficiency of his employees, factors that has contributed to that we have  achieved to consolidate us like company  of reference to local and provincial level, building the dreams and illusions of our clients, reinforcing the confidence that have deposited us particular, promoters, employers, traders, communities of neighbours, City council, etc, because as you collect  in our slogan,  We build quality.

My name is Germán Márquez, administrator of this company and, firstly, wanted to apologize them by the delay in the updating of our page web that already has five years. But this delay will give them the measure of the volume of work that have in our company. In our day to day did not find a gap to renew our Page, but in spite of the work proposed us improve our image and the way to facilitate them that they approach to us: and this is the result.

Are a young company, but  the optimism, the illusion and the hope in the future form part of us  and as well said a wise person , “ That that never does at all, never make a mistake “, and here no us go to remain expecting that the works arrive us alone, will work day to day to achieve them, and if we made a mistake in something, solved it, and if we hit, will follow struggling by what more motivates us, build his dreams.

Our company is born  in May of 2003, in front of the need of a friend to reform  his house and not finding any available company to realize it. No me thought it, and began my adventure with so only an assistant and more illusion than half.
After this work arrived  others, and with them the need to go incorporating personal, little to little were growing  and in December of 2004 decided that it was the moment to constitute a society limited, that in July of 2008 gave employment to 30 workers and  to numerous companies and autonomous subcontracted.

This growth is resulted of our effort, of the quality of our works and of the professional of a team of workers engaged with the company and guarantee of the confidence of a lot of particular, employers, traders, associations, communities and promoters of our town and of others. To all they, love from here give them ours gratitude to have us situated in the position of privilege in which are and in which expected to continue thanks to said confidence and to the effort of all.
        ONE MILLION GRACES.  

Are not a familiar company,  but have us formed almost like such, since our personnel carries working together  from the beginnings, what does us a group joined, in which all struggle by the same aim, and with the hope to go back to broaden it with the projects that have to realize in this 2010.     
Happen these times of economic difficulty, guaranteeing the places of work is not easy task, but in this are.

Have qualified personnel, and like this have showed it realizing the projects that  trusted us. Thanks to this and to the experience purchased know that we will follow “building quality” To good prices, since the market is like this, and with the same or if me allow it, with main and better guarantee, because have showed it and will follow it doing.
In this 2010 that begin, had the confidence of particular to execute, as in previous years, works of the Plan of Reforms of houses of the Joint of Andalucía, to it expects to have the subsidies approved,  to realize said works.   

Although the main project of this year 2010, this if, so important like all the other that have and those that will arrive, is the realization of the Project of building of the Building of 5 houses and commercial venue  that  go to  realize  in C/ Carmona , together with C/ Chozuelas, where existed an ancient house that has been destroyed.  
This is a project of big Importance for us, because although the moments are not good to realize promotions, is the first time that will realize one, to 50% in society with one of our main clients promoters. This company will form part to 50% of the Society Limited Cultural 2010  F.G. , together with A.F.M. to execute   Said project, and with the calm to know that all is in course. No doubt an important work that will maintain us occupied in this difficult year and with the hope that only was the first project of this new society and that open us way to other new.

If they have foreseen to realize any type of reform or building, fencing, painting of houses or buildings, by very small or big that it was do not doubt in contacting with us, will know to attend them, will realize him presupposed without commitment any, and if his ideas and our proposals coincide, sure that we will not disappoint him, because will know to satisfy his needs.
